It’s a big day as we gather for our Annual Parish Meeting between the services from 9:45-10:30am in the Church. We’ll also have it on Zoom for those who wish to watch from home. This is our annual business meeting where we take a quick look back at 2020 (very quick!) and then look forward to 2021 (thank goodness!). We’ll let you know how we finished the year financially and present the budget for next year. Childcare is available for children of all ages: those under 5 can be in the nursery and older kids will be supervised with a movie in the Parish Hall.
Voting at the Annual Parish Meeting. Voting for new Vestry members and Convention Delegates will only take place during the meeting. You must be present in person or on Zoom to vote.
For those present in the Church, there will be a paper ballot.
For those present virtually, you will need to join in on Zoom during the meeting and you will be able to vote on Zoom.
For the Zoom vote, Zoom only allows one vote per device. Each voting person will need to login on their own computer or device.
We will announce the results of the vote on Mon, Feb. 1.
