Fr. Jordan is our lead priest and sets the tone and vision for all aspects of our Church's ministry. He has been the Rector of St. Laurence since January 2011. Fr. Jordan also serves as Dean of the North Eastern Deanery for the Ft. Worth Diocese, Secretary for the Board of Nashotah House Seminary, and Provincial Master of the Society of the Holy Cross.

Fr. Rogers came to us after graduating from Nashotah House Seminary in June 2020. He helps lead the spiritual direction of our youth and children’s ministries. He also leads the teaching of our Anglican Essentials class, introducing new members to our tradition.

Fr. Young, a retired Navy Chaplain, assists with worship services, teaches several classes and is a part of the Men’s Friday Morning Bible Study. Visiting the sick and home bound is a big part of his ministry here, bringing communion and spending time with those unable to come to Church.

John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our music program, with a Master's in Music Theory from the Hartt School of Music, and Doctoral studies at the Univ. of North Texas. Here since 2004, John leads our adult and children’s choirs.

Katie works with our teenagers from 6th-12th grade and leads our youth, family and adult mission trips. With us since 2006, she focuses on building up a strong community of youth and exploring ways they can make an impact on the kingdom of God.

Hilary joined our ministry team in the summer of 2021. She works with our youngest members, from birth-5th grade, helping to lay a strong foundation of faith for them. She coordinates Sunday School, God Squad, Children's Chapel, Vacation Bible School, and the Nursery.

Erin heads our Parent’s Day Out ministry, helping these little ones to know God’s love and to develop a strong foundation for a lifetime of learning. She brings tremendous skills and knowledge to our ministry, with 22 years experience as an elementary teacher in the Arlington ISD. She has also trained teachers and written curriculum for the district. Erin has been a parishioner at St. Laurence for 12 years, been a missionary to Malawi, served on the vestry and sings in the choir.

Michele coordinates all of our events as well as handles many administrative duties. She has a great deal of office administrative experience as well as knowledge of St. Laurence from her many years attending here.

Karie manages all of the communications, the facilities and the day to day aspects of the Parish. She joined our staff in 2011, bringing with her a strong background in communications, marketing and office management.
