The Organ was hailed as the King of Instruments by Mozart. To give you a better understanding of this beautiful instrument, our organist John Heimel will teach a 2 week class on the organ. Week 1 will be a narrated piece of music introducing the different sounds and pitches of the organ. Week 2 is an introduction to our St. Laurence Hauptwerk organ. We’ll move to the choir loft where John will demonstrate up close how the organ works. Anyone who would like to play it will be given the opportunity!
